Turn off Auto Update of Apps in Android
1) Open the play store on your phone
2) Then open the menu by clicking on Top left corner of play store
3) Now select Settings
4) Click on Auto Update apps
5) Now select “Do not Update apps” or you can also select the “Auto Update apps over WI-Fi only”
In my view you should select “Auto Update apps over WI-Fi only” because it disable the auto update of apps over your mobile data and only update your apps over WI-FI connection.
